Executive Director
Beginning September 1, 2007 President Wayne McVicker will be
appointed to the Executive Director. Wayne will work from both
the main office and his home office in assisting the Office Manager
with managing the duties of Property Management.
Office Manager
Ms. Molly O'Connor was hired in February of 2005 and fills the role
of the other half of our team in our office. She earned her degree in
Business Administration with a minor in Marketing. Molly has an
impeccable work ethic, is very punctual and dedicated. She brings to
us extensive experience in Property Management, Office Managing
Skills, Customer Service, and is truly a pleasure to work with.
Molly, like many other members of HOME, gives of her time to
community service as well. In the late 80's she was a Coach for
Special Olympics while living in So. California.
Molly still contributes to their cause today, and is looking into the
local chapter in the hopes of getting back into coaching some of the
area teams. She is part of the CMS MedicareRx Volunteer Initiative
to help those who have not yet taken advantage of the Medicare
Prescription Sign-up for those who qualify. She helps with the
explanation of the program and offers assistance with completion
of the necessary forms to be submitted to Medicare.
Molly has a new interest -- becoming a Public Education Ambassador
volunteer for the Multiple Sclerosis Association of America (MSAA).
She is waiting on acceptance for public speaking engagements on
behalf of the MSAA in the Northern & Central Virginia regions.
Her hobbies include; crosswords, gardening and bicycling.
