All of our new apartment units are Universally Designed. They have 36" wide doors for wheelchair access, enlarged bathrooms with support grab-bars. Most of the units have roll-in showers and some have full sized shower/tub combos.
The kitchens are equipped with lowered cabinets and counter-tops, roll-under sinks and stove-tops. All have widened hallways and lowered light switches.
Most of the apartment units have hookups for, or include washer and dryers. The multi-unit building has a separate coin-laundry room for tenants.

Ms. Molly O'Connor was hired in February of 2005. She earned her degree in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing. Molly has a great work ethic, is very punctual and dedicated. She has experience in Property Management, Office Managing Skills, and a Paralegal background.
Danny Meadows
Maintenance Supervisor
Danny Meadows was hired in June 2016. He has a wide variety of skills that enables him to troubleshoot and repair problems on our properties.

HOME, Inc., is a Non-Profit Corporation established in August 1998.
The need for affordable, accessible housing is enormous. Most home builders of today do not build houses or apartments that are designed completely accessible for disabled tenants.
In 1999, HOME, Inc., began building brand new apartments that are Universally Designed for people with disabilities.

In March 2012, we opened the doors to our new office center! This building was originally the Charles Street Market for many, many years.
We completely renovated the entire building, adding a 1200 sq. ft., two-bedroom, 2 1/2 bath luxury apartment upstairs! Future plans include adding another apartment upstairs!
In July 2015, we purchased the small bungalow to the left of the office in this picture. It is a two bedroom single-family home that has been completely renovated. Increasing our stock of rental properties and has additional offstreet parking in the rear of the buildings!
